Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board.
• Eligible to apply for COTA license in Indiana through the Board of Medical Examiners.
• Strong recommendation of membership to the American Occupational Therapy Association and State organizations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general activity programs and supportive maintenance programs.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and required paperwork under supervision.
• Follow all company policies and procedures in delivering care.
