Independence Rehab Inc. in Bellingham, WA is seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team at Bellingham at Orchard, an assisted living facility.

You will work with residents, collaborating with the therapy team to deliver rehab and long-term care that improves function and independence. We offer flexible scheduling, CE support, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifikationen

• Current Washington State Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license in good standing.
• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Organized, self-motivated, and patient-focused.
• Passion for working with the geriatric population.
• One year of SNF experience preferred, but newer clinicians with strong interest in geriatrics are encouraged to apply.

Aufgaben

• Support residents through rehabilitation, recovery, and long-term care.
• Collaborate closely with the therapy team and interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide adaptive ADL retraining and functional task practice.
• Treat a diverse caseload including clinically complex patients.
