Qualifications

• Active OTA license for the assigned state.
• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited OTA program.
• NBCOT certification eligibility or completed.
• Minimum 1 year related OTA experience.
• CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled interventions under OT supervision.
• Documents each visit per guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Records patient responses and reports changes to the supervising OT.
• Provides patient/caregiver resources for future ADL/IADL needs.
• Promotes wellness and occupational engagement.
• Identifies community resources and makes follow-up recommendations.
• Keeps up with OT trends and knowledge for care coordination.
• Other duties as assigned.
