Position Details

Beloit Health and Rehabilitation Center in Beloit, WI is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (PRN) to plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy Services in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The role involves ensuring high-quality resident care under the direction of the Administrator.

Job Functions

• Conduct regular screenings of residents to determine appropriate interventions or treatments based on scope of practice.
• Perform treatment plans for residents, following short- and long-term goals established by supervising therapists.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings, treatment plans, and recommendations to residents, families/caregivers, and team members.
• Establish individual resident therapy schedules in collaboration with team members.
• Conduct therapy according to the treatment plan, ensuring proper documentation and billing of services.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to effectively treat patients.
• Maintain compliance with CMS documentation standards and daily point-of-care documentation.

Education & Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Must hold an active OTA licensure in the state(s) of practice.
