American Senior Communities is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for the Greater Ft. Wayne area. This PRN role focuses on promoting residents' physical and psychosocial well-being while building meaningful relationships with residents and the care team.

You will join a supportive therapy leadership group and participate in a structured 9-month mentorship program to grow your clinical skills and leadership capabilities in geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana COTA license or equivalent.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values in interactions with residents, families and staff.
