Job summary

Kadima Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing in Murrysville, PA is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA/L) to play a key role on our rehab team. The COTA/L will treat residents, develop targeted treatment strategies, and deliver therapy that helps individuals regain function and independence.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, and educate residents and families on techniques that support long‑term success.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA/L).
• Active Pennsylvania license (or eligibility).
• Experience in skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents and assist in developing personalized treatment plans.
• Help residents improve daily living skills and regain independence.
• Deliver hands‑on therapeutic interventions with empathy and encouragement.
