Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for full-time work in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting in Illinois. You’ll provide therapy under OT supervision, support individualized care plans, and maintain regulatory documentation in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT-COTA certification if state requires.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome with mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
