Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides therapeutic interventions under the direction of the occupational therapist.
• Evaluates patient response to treatment and provides feedback to the team.
• Documents patient care including progress and need for treatment.
• Collaborates with the occupational therapist to develop education for patients and family.
• Assists with in-service/cross-training and knowledge sharing.
• Contributes to cost-effective care.
• Reports complaints or incidents to Rehab Program Director/Director of Health Services.
• Travels to campus locations or home health assignments as needed.
