Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Elmwood of Freemont on a PRN basis.

You will join our on-site rehabilitation team, delivering patient-centered care to senior residents under medical orders and collaborating with therapists. This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays, benefits including healthcare, PTO, 401(k), licensure reimbursement, CEUs, and growth opportunities within a not-for-profit network

Qualifications

• Associates of applied science degree in area of discipline.
• Current occupational therapy assistant license in state of practice, or ability to obtain one prior to starting.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Share skills as a valued member of the on-site rehabilitative care team under medical orders.
• Provide one-on-one therapy services for residents with a holistic, patient-centered approach.
• Get mentorship and hands-on experience with innovative technologies and therapeutic treatments.
