Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed therapy assistant to administer intermittent therapy services in the home care setting. You will educate the patient, family, and other health-care team members and perform services per the physician’s orders and the plan of care (POC).

Candidates must be licensed in the state where they practice, have at least one year of licensed therapy assistant experience, and possess CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer therapy services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
