Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed therapy assistant to administer therapy services to patients in need of intermittent professional care. You will educate patients and families and collaborate with the health care team to follow the physician orders and established plan of care.

Requirements include graduation from an approved school of clinical education, Georgia licensure, and at least one year of therapy assistant experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education and active licensure in the state.
• At least one year of licensed therapy assistant experience is preferred.
• Must have basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer therapy services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other health care team members.
• Perform services in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care (POC).
