Qualifications

• Must have a valid state license and registration.
• Provide treatment under supervision of the OT.
• Experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong documentation writing skills.
• Document progress on weekly progress notes promptly.
• Collaborate with disciplines for patient-centered care.
• Exceptional patient service and clinical excellence.
• Punctual, professional, and adherent to schedule.
• Perform duties as assigned by Director of Rehabilitation.
