Qualifications

• Active California COTA license in good standing.
• Associate degree from an accredited COTA program.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred; new grads welcome.
• Knowledge of PDPM and basic documentation standards.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and resident-centered care.
• Physical ability to safely assist residents with mobility and exercises.

Responsibilities
