Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited college or university for COTA is required.
• NEW GRADS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
• Minimum of one year related experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility or other medical facility; English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, developing, and delivering Occupational Therapy Services per standards and regulations.
• Provide individual therapy services to residents according to care plans.
• Assist in resident assessment activities as needed and develop therapy plans with MDS.
• Update therapists on plan adjustments to meet resident goals.
• Coordinate therapy appointments with other departments and maintain therapy area equipment.
