Job summary

French Prairie Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for full-time shifts in Oregon. You will implement individualized treatment plans, guide residents through therapeutic exercises, and teach the use of adaptive equipment to promote independence.

The role requires current Oregon OTA certification, excellent communication, and strong teamwork with facility staff to enhance residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with facility staff to promote well-being and quality care.

Responsibilities
