Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Spa Creek in Annapolis, MD. You will provide occupational therapy under supervision and help residents with ADLs and mobility goals.

Active Maryland COTA license is required; new graduates are welcome. SNF/post-acute care experience is preferred; competitive pay, benefits, CEU support, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Maryland COTA license is required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT treatments under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Assist residents with ADLs, mobility, strengthening, coordination, and balance.
• Follow individualized treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
• Monitor progress and communicate with supervising OT.
• Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety.
