Holland Center is seeking a full-time COTA – Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team. The role offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus and welcomes new grads.

Under the supervision of an OTR, you will provide comprehensive treatment to patients, document weekly progress with the OTR’s co-signature, and help with orders, recertifications, and discharges.

This on-site position requires current COTA licensure and a strong commitment to patient care within our rehab program.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of an OTR and according to state guidelines.
• Assist OT in identifying appropriate patients and referring them to rehab accordingly.
• Document patient’s progress on weekly progress note in an accurate and timely fashion, and obtain the co-signature of the OTR.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for treatments, recertification, and discharges.
• Assist with other documentation requirements as indicated and according to state guidelines.
• Attend facility and rehab meetings when indicated by the supervisor.
• Perform all other duties assigned by the department supervisor, lead therapist, or regional manager.
