Job summary

Holland Center is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our rehab team in Bucks County. Under the supervision of an OTR, you will provide comprehensive therapy and help identify patients for rehab referrals.

You will document weekly progress, ensure orders are in place, and participate in meetings as required. New grads are welcome, with mentorship and a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Must have current COTA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of an OTR and according to state guidelines.
• Assist OT in identifying appropriate patients and referring them to rehab accordingly.
• Document patient’s progress on weekly progress note in an accurate and timely fashion, and obtain the co-signature of the OTR.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for treatments, recertification, and discharges.
• Assist with other documentation requirements as indicated and according to state guidelines.
• Attend facility and rehab meetings when indicated by the supervisor.
• Perform all other duties assigned by the department supervisor, lead therapist, or regional manager.
