Job summary

H2 Health in Dresher Estates, PA, seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Senior Services team providing 1:1 care. Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting to deliver high-quality therapeutic services to a diverse client base.

The role offers part-time or full-time hours with a strong emphasis on work-life balance, flexible scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active or eligible state license to practice as a COTA.
• Clinical or outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Monitor patient progress and report findings to supervising OT.
• Adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
