• NBCOT certification preferred for Sanford Health facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with therapy activities and exercises per treatment plan.
• Provide, monitor and document therapy services for patients with physical, cognitive, developmental and psychosocial impairments.
• Coordinate with occupational therapists and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Comply with clinical guidelines and licensure requirements.
