Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensed in TX to work in Long Term Care. The contract role follows a 5x8 days schedule with accountability to the organization’s goals and values.

Minimum requirements include 1 year of COTA LTC experience and an active TX license. Centra offers mileage reimbursement, weekly pay, CEU reimbursement, licensure reimbursement, and housing accommodations where applicable, among other benefits.
