Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under supervision.
• Assist with resident evaluations and reporting outcomes.
• Guide residents through therapeutic activities.
• Collaborate with team members for resident care.
• Modify treatment interventions based on resident progress.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
