Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - FT to join our team in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. You will provide OT treatments under supervision, support care plans, and ensure regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited OT Assistant program.
• NBCOT COTA certification if required by state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
