Job summary

Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our skilled nursing team in Jamestown, NC. You will provide evidence-based therapy to post-acute and long-term residents, helping them improve mobility and daily function.

Responsibilities include delivering therapy under supervision of an OT, documenting progress, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and maintaining a patient-centered care environment. Valid NC COTA license required.

Qualifications

Valid NC COTA license.

Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based therapy treatments under the direction of a Occupational Therapist.
Provide care to both post-acute and long-term care residents.
Accurately document patient progress and treatment plans.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including therapists and restorative nursing staff.
Support a positive, patient-centered environment focused on outcomes and quality care.
