Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. This position offers opportunities for both full-time and PRN employment within a skilled nursing setting.

The COTA will provide treatment services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, rehabilitation, and improving quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in North Carolina.
• Experience in skilled nursing preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatment interventions under the direction of the licensed OT.
• Collaborate with the OT and interdisciplinary team.
• Assist in implementing individualized therapy programs.
• Monitor patient progress and report outcomes to the supervising OT.
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
