Job summary

All Saints Sub Acute and Skilled Nursing in California seeks a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. You will help residents improve daily living activities, regain independence, and enhance quality of life.

We offer flexible scheduling (Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN), competitive pay of $50-$55 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff, including PTO and 401(k). We value teamwork and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current California COTA license and registration.
• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute rehab preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT treatments to residents per supervising OT.
• Assist with ADLs, functional tasks, and daily routines.
• Document treatments and progress accurately per policies.
• Maintain infection control and safety in treatment areas.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and families.
• Educate residents and caregivers on home programs and safety.
• Suggest adaptive equipment to promote independence.
• Participate in care conferences and rehab program development.
