Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide adult/geriatric occupational therapy focused on improving independence, mobility, safety and quality of life in a collaborative clinical environment.

You will follow patient progress and deliver patient-centered care, with opportunities for mentorship, clinical autonomy and professional growth in a therapist-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a COTA or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Interest in geriatric rehabilitation and senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to help patients improve functional independence, safety and overall quality of life.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, strength, mobility, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs.
