Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to empower adult and geriatric patients through patient-centered therapy, improving independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life in a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential or eligible license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to improve functional independence, safety and quality of life.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on activities of daily living, strength and mobility.
• Assist patients in performing daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming and meal preparation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient progress to adjust treatment plans.
