Job summary

CommuniCare Rehab, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, has a Full Time opening for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at Kenwood Healthcare Center. Our therapists are in-house team members, enabling direct impact on residents’ daily functioning and independence.

The role involves implementing treatment plans, collaborating with the OT team, and ensuring accurate documentation while offering opportunities to serve at multiple locations within the network.

Qualifications

• COTA education from an accredited two-year program.
• Holder of a valid or pending State COTA license.

Responsibilities

• Helps clients improve their quality of life by improving motor skills and independence.
• Implements treatment plan through direct treatment and collaboration with Occupational Therapist and treatment staff.
• Complies with documentation requirements of the rehab department under OT supervision.
• Opportunity to treat at multiple locations to serve diverse resident needs.

Education
