Vacaville Ranch Post-Acute is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver therapy services under OT supervision, helping residents achieve functional independence and improve quality of life.

The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities; requires CA COTA license, associate degree, and comfort with PDPM documentation; collaborative team environment and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active California COTA license in good standing.
• Associate degree from an accredited COTA program.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred, but new graduates and newly licensed assistants are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of PDPM and basic documentation standards.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to resident-centered care.
• Physical ability to safely assist residents with mobility and therapeutic exercises.
