Pleasant Hill Post Acute in Pleasant Hill, CA is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team. This role offers flexibility across full-time, part-time and PRN schedules while you help residents regain independence and improve quality of life.

You will provide occupational therapy under supervision, support discharge planning, collaborate with nursing and the care team, educate families, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Current California COTA license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist.
• Assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary care team.
