Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our full-time team in Charleston, WV. You will deliver occupational therapy under OT supervision, contribute to individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to apply.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA (where required by state).
• Current license as a COTA in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
