Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, developing, and delivering Occupational Therapy Services per plans and standards.
• Provide individual therapy services to residents.
• Assist in resident assessment activities.
• Help develop therapy plans with MDS involvement.
• Update Therapist on plan adjustments to meet goals.
• Brief residents on procedures and prepare equipment.
