Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support diverse patient populations and settings across the United States. New grads and seasoned professionals are welcome, with flexible contract or permanent options and local travel opportunities.

Responsibilities include delivering therapy under supervision, promoting daily living skills, documenting progress, and educating patients and families. A valid OTA license and adaptable, patient-centered approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid OTA license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering personalized occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and work activities.
• Support treatment plans for patients with physical, developmental, or emotional disabilities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to enhance daily function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
