Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support diverse patient populations across flexible contract and permanent roles. New grads and seasoned professionals are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Assist in delivering personalized occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and work activities.
Support treatment plans for patients with physical, developmental, or emotional disabilities.
Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to enhance daily function.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
