Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support residents and patients with personalized therapy plans. New grads are welcome, and there are opportunities for travelers or locals with contract or permanent positions.

You will deliver therapy under licensed OT supervision, help clients develop daily living skills, document progress, and participate in ongoing professional development. Travel stipends and competitive pay are offered, with weekly payroll.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering personalized occupational therapy services under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Help patients develop, recover, and improve daily living and work activities.
• Support treatment plans for patients with physical, developmental, or emotional disabilities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to enhance daily function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
