Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial NBCOT certification.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities as part of the patient’s recovery plan.
• Deliver therapy treatments per developed recovery plans and patient goals.
• Address the whole patient, promoting independence and functional abilities.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain a patient-first approach and provide high-quality, compassionate service.
