PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our home health team in West Dallas, TX. The role focuses on assisting clients to develop daily living and work skills and to increase independence under OT supervision.

You will document care, track progress, and educate clients and families while adapting interventions to individual needs in a supportive home health setting.

Qualifications

• Active COTA certification required.
• Experience in home health or rehab setting preferred.
• Solid understanding of occupational therapy practices and evaluation tools (e.g., Katz ADL, Lawton IADL scales).

Responsabilités

• Support clients in developing, recovering, and maintaining daily living and work skills.
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Document care and track patient progress in therapy software.
• Educate clients and families, adapt interventions for independence and safety.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support progress.
