Job summary

Wesley Enhanced Living in Pennsylvania is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. Under the supervision of an occupational therapist, you will implement treatment plans and help residents improve daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed occupational therapy assistant in PA.
• Graduate of an approved 2-year OTA curriculum.
• NBCOT certification required for licensure.
• 24 hours of continued competency for licensure renewal.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute an established patient treatment plan under supervision of an occupational therapist.
• Monitor a patient’s progress to ensure they tolerate and complete treatment.
• Help patients improve their quality of life by finding solutions to their problems.
• Communicate with patients, families, referring physicians and other team members; provide timely written documentation.
