HiredFirst is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a direct hire in Concord, CA. The role is located in a Skilled Nursing Facility, offering an hourly pay rate between $40 and $52.

Qualifications

• Active state license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• ASAP start and direct-hire/permanent role.

Responsabilités

• Deliver occupational therapy services per each patient’s plan of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient goals.
• Document patient progress and coordinate with supervisors as needed.
