Job summary

Coosa Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Glencoe, AL is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team. You will implement creative treatment plans, guide ADL training, and monitor patient progress to support geriatric rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting is required.
• COTA certification in Alabama is required.
• Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement creative treatment plans for daily living activities
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and ADL training
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques
• Monitor and document patient progress
