Job summary

Coosa Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Glencoe, AL is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team. You will implement creative treatment plans, guide ADL training, and monitor patient progress to support geriatric rehabilitation.

This full-time role offers day shifts (8a-5p), hourly pay between $30-34 depending on experience, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO from day one, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting is required.
• COTA certification in Alabama is required.
• Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
