Storybrook Care and Rehabilitation in Colorado is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. We offer full-time nights, part-time, and PRN schedules with competitive pay of $33–$45 per hour, plus a sign-on bonus.

• Collaborate with healthcare team and educate families on maintenance programs.
• Record treatment charges and ensure accurate documentation.
• Instruct families and nursing staff on maintenance programs.
