Job summary

Pine Creek Care Center in Roseville, CA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our rehabilitation team. You will provide OT treatments under supervision, help residents regain strength and independence, and document according to facility guidelines.

Qualifications

• Licensed CA Occupational Therapy Assistant or eligible.
• Graduate of an accredited COTA program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of an OT.
• Help residents regain strength, mobility, confidence, and independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on patient-centered care.
