Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our therapist-led team in Carthage, NC. The position includes daytime hours with both Full Time and PRN options, at Peak Pinelake - Carthage, NC.

Applicants should have an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant, an active COTA license, NBCOT certification, and ideally one year of prior COTA experience. We offer a full benefits package and opportunities for licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification is required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
