Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify residents' needs and goals, including gathering relevant information and data
• Provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure progress, including conducting follow-up meetings and check-ins

Ashford Hall is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team and provide occupational therapy services to residents in our skilled nursing facility. The Occupational Therapist Assistant will be responsible for assisting the occupational therapist with the implementation of treatment plans, conducting assessments and evaluations, and providing ongoing support and monitoring to ensure progress.
