Job summary

Oak Hill Village is seeking a Per Diem COTA to join our therapy team. The role provides occupational therapy assistant coverage under supervision of an OTR, following state guidelines and patient needs. New grads welcome; must hold a current COTA license.

Per diem schedule offers flexible shifts and the opportunity to work in a supportive rehab setting at Oak Hill Village in Dauphin County, PA. You will document progress, coordinate with therapists, ensure proper orders, participate in meetings

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of an OTR and according to state guidelines.
• Assist OT in identifying appropriate patients and referring them to rehab accordingly.
• Document patient’s progress on weekly progress note in an accurate and timely fashion, and obtain the co-signature of the OTR.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for treatments, recertification, and discharges.
• Attend facility and rehab meetings when indicated by the supervisor.
• Perform all other duties assigned by the department supervisor, lead therapist, or regional manager
