Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides, monitors and records services to patients/residents with various impairments.
• Selects, implements, and modifies activities consistent with competency levels.
• Exchanges information with and documents to the occupational therapist.
• Knowledgeable about targeted occupational therapy outcomes.
