Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering occupational therapy treatments and adapting interventions as patient needs and abilities change
• Supporting patients and families with education, encouragement, and practical strategies for recovery and independence
• Documenting patient progress accurately and contributing input to care planning and interdisciplinary team discussions
• Collaborating closely with Occupational Therapists to respond to changes in patient status and ensure safe, effective care
• Serving as a trusted resource for patients, caregivers, and colleagues while fostering a positive, supportive care environment

Qualifications

• Associate Degree
• COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) or OTA (Occupational Therapy Assistant)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or CPR, obtained within 30 days of employment start date
