Job summary

TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Tennessee is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients, develop individualized therapy plans, and provide hands-on interventions to support recovery. You will work with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to promote independence and quality of life, documenting progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• OTR certification or OT license must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or CPR must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating each patient’s functional abilities and developing individualized therapy plans in coordination with physicians and care team.
• Delivering skilled, evidence-based interventions to promote healing and independence.
• Monitoring patient progress, adjusting plans, and ensuring thorough documentation reflecting outcomes.
• Educating patients and families to build understanding and engagement throughout recovery.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary partners to ensure seamless transitions of care and positive patient experiences.
• Leading by example and upholding the organization’s mission and values.

Your role will include:

What qualifications you will need:

• Masters Degree


• (OTR) Occupational Therapist Registered, or (OT) Occupational Therapist must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
